Zenx™Board aluminium composite panels (ACP), made of aluminium composite material (ACM), are flat panels consisting of two thin coil-coated aluminium sheets bonded to an extruded thermoplastic or mineral-filled, fire-retarded thermoplastic core. The aluminium surfaces have been pre-finished and coil-coated, coating containing 70% Fluorocarbon Knyar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF resin, which are procured from the world-renowned paint supplier such as Beckers® and PPG® before bonding. An alternative, metal composite materials (MCM) featuring skins of copper, galvanized, stainless steel or titanium bonded to the same core is available upon request.
Zenx™Board PE, made by laminating two thin panels of aluminium on either side of an extruded core of non-toxic Light Density Polyethylene (PE) approved and tested by the U.S.FDA.
